The Motivation Reader’s Mastermind Network (MRMNET) has launched a major fund raising effort entitled OPERATION LAPTOP. The goal of OPERATION LAPTOP is to raise $10,000 to purchase and donate laptops to a Title 1 school by June 20, 2021. Catherine & Count Basie Middle School (MS.72), in Southeast Queens, NY is the beneficiary of the Motivation Reader’s Mastermind Network’s “Adopt-A-School” Initiative and OPERATION LAPTOP is a vital component supporting that initiative.
On March 10, 2021, in Phase I of OPERATION LAPTOP, MRMNET presented five Apple IPADS to MS.72, which were added to the school’s Points Store as part of their Student Academic Incentive Program. Phase II will be the additional purchase and presentation of at least 20 more laptops, for a total of 25 laptops in excess of $10,000.00. Please join us in our efforts to reach this goal.
